Subject and scope

• These Terms and Conditions for Cultree (hereinafter referred to as “ Terms of Use”) apply to all purchase orders you place on the Cultree's online store located at www.Cultree.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and your subsequent agreement with Agricultural products, (hereinafter referred to as “Cultree”) regarding your purchase of Cultree’s Products (collectively referred to as “Agricultural Products”).
• In addition to these General Terms, the Cultree’s agreement regarding the products purchase use shall apply.

These General Terms apply equally to commercial entities and consumers. Differing provisions for consumers have been made where necessary

Order process and conclusion of purchase agreement

• The product presentation on our Website does not represent an offer but shall be understood as a non-binding invitation for the customer to submit an order.
• By clicking the “Shop now” button, you send us a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase agreement with Cultree regarding the Agricultural products in your shopping cart (hereinafter referred to as “Order”).
• Cultree will accept your Order by sending an order confirmation or simply by delivering the ordered Products to you. Unless otherwise stated, the effective date of the purchase agreement is the date on which Cultree confirms by email the acceptance of your Order. In case of purchase on advance payment, the purchase agreement is subject to the condition of and shall become binding for Cultree only upon receipt of the full payment for the purchase.

With our order confirmation and/or delivery, we will send you a copy of the corresponding Order, including the corresponding invoice, to your email address.

Prices, delivery costs, taxes and duties

• All prices quoted on our Website are in Indian Rupees excluding taxes or charges that may apply to the particular case.
• No delivery costs will be charged for the delivery of the ordered products.
• In the event of obvious errors on the Website or made in connection with your Order, Cultree reserves the right to correct the error and charge you the correct price. In such a situation, we will contact you and offer you the option of purchasing the Products at the correct price or cancelling your Order.

Payment conditions

You can select one of the payments methods described on the Website. Cultree reserves the right to exclude or include particular payment methods at any time.

Delivery

• Cultree will deliver the products to the address indicated in your Order. The delivery contains the Purchased products with Information regarding it and the invoice.
• Cultree shall deliver the Products without delay upon confirmation of your successful payment of the purchase price. Time for delivery shall be prolonged by reasonable periods in case of force majeure or other events for which Cultree is not responsible, such as disruptions in operations, strikes, authority measures, or troubles with telecommunications.

Use of personal information

• To register on the Website, you need to specify a login name and a password. Cultree further needs your contact information for issuing the invoice. You are responsible for keeping this information correct, confidential, and up to date.
• By completing the contact form, you ensure and take full responsibility that the entered data truly identifies you as a natural person.
• Cultree is not liable for any consequences that may result from incorrect, incomplete, or false information you have entered or from data you have changed subsequently to your Order.
• In case of online payments, you are required to enter your payment details. Online payment information related to your Order is processed by Cultree’s payment service provider. Cultree does not receive detailed information (such as your credit card number) from transactions but instead receives information about whether the payment has been performed successfully or not.

By placing your Order, you agree that your contact and payment information may be used to process your payment and to execute your Order.

Data protection

• Cultree shall comply with the provisions of the Indian Data Protection and take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information confidential and secure.
• Cultree will disclose your personal information to third parties only to the extent necessary to process your payment, to enforce and fulfill the purchase agreement.
• Cultree will not disclose your personal information to any third parties for marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

These General Terms shall be governed by Indian law, to the exclusion of its conflict of law rules.

SHIPPING POLICY / POLICY ON DELIVERY

**YOUR ORDER SHOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 5-7 WORKING DAYS**

Delivery schedules are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen situations. “If delivery or performance deadlines are not met due to reasons beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances or any other unpredictable event" affecting our component suppliers, the agreed deadlines will be extended for a reasonable duration. Delivery may take some time if there are numerous items.

Before accepting delivery of the goods, if you feel that the product is not in good condition or that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package, take pictures of it, and write instruction to courier boy (The package is tampered or damaged in courier so, I will not accept the order) and. Then, send us an email at customercare@cultree.in with the order reference number and the photos you've included, or call our Customer Care team. We'll do everything in our authority to make sure that you receive a new delivery as soon as possible.

The delivery time listed on the products, Cart page, or website is just that—an estimate. The availability of a product, the weather condition, the delivery address, the courier company's policies, and the availability of the product are all factors that affect the actual delivery time.

Cancellations Policy:

The customer must get in touch with a Customer Care representative if they decide to change their mind and wish to cancel the order. The cancellation won't be valid till it's approved by our particular department.

Only if the product has not been sent the cancellation requests will be taken into account. Customers are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent.

If a customer places an order using online payment and decides to cancel it, we will process the refund request within 7 working days.

Return/Refund Policy:

A refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order. (If the product is damaged, Duplicate or quantity varies).

The return will be processed only if:

• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you
• The product is returned in its original condition
• Customer must take an unboxing video.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

NOTE: If you have done an online payment and you are canceling the order, the payment gateway charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return ) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have ordered and product is in transit (shipped) we will charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return ) from you.

Its your responsibility to take out print of the manifest that Cultree provides, while returning the product.

To request a refund, simply mail us on customercare@cultree.in with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed after customer support team validate and analyze issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to hub. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The refund is only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product will reach premises we will refund you your amount as decided.

NOTE : For a refund, the name of the customer must be the same as registered(Cultree) account name and bank account name, Customer must send a cheque photo or passbook photo for a refund with Aadhaar Card or PAN card.

Please note the dose that is given are just for reference and we do not claim or take any responsibility for the exact dose and we do not provide any schedule for your crops, plants, or trees

The seeds germination depends on the soil, atmosphere, fertilizers, watering etc. Cultree never claims about seeds germination and harvesting and so refund is not possible in seeds.

Kindly note that refund will be made only after proper investigation of the whole scenario by our special team.
