Efficon^® insecticide powered by Axalion Active has a novel mode of action and is the sole representative of a unique insecticidal class of chemistry, the Pyridazine pyrazolecarboxamides (or Pyridazine amides) Group 36 that targets sensory organs in piercing and sucking pests, including superior whitefly control.

Efficon^® stops damage by causing the insect to become uncoordinated, unable to feed or fly. Efficon® shows no known cross resistance. Efficon® systemic action grows with the plant, protecting new growth in between applications. It also provides long-lasting residual control due to its systemic properties, giving great efficacy throughout the lifecycle of the pests. How it works?

• Efficon^® insecticide powered by Axalion Active acts on the sensory organs of the target insect pests blocking their ability to coordinate, preventing them from feeding and they eventually die from starvation.
• It interferes with the TRPV channels in a completely different way compared to the other selective feeding blockers (IRAC groups 9 and 29)
• Target insect pests will stop feeding a few hours after exposure to Efficon.
• Efficon^® shows well-balanced activity via ingestion and contact (direct and indirect)
• The active ingredient has excellent translaminar activity and Systemacity iin plants and a moderate to very good acropetal movement protecting new growth
