Mode of Action
- CLUTCH is the combination two broad spectrum systemic and contact fungicides. One is a strobilurin fungicide blongs to QOI group which inhibits the cellular respiration in the mitochondria of the fungal cell Whereas other belongs to EBDC group with multi- site activity on fungal cell.
- Pyraclostrobin- QOI fungicide which blocks the mitochondrial electron transport and thus inhibits the fungus energy supply and the target fungus dies.
- Metiram- contact and protective fungicide with Prophylactic effect. Multi-site activity. Prevents germination of spores and interferes with the development of the germ tubes. Multiple enzyme inhibitors (No resistance development issue).
