Cosko has active ingredient Chlorantraniliprole, an insecticide of the Ryanoid class. Method of application:
Rice: In Rice: 4 kg of Cosko should be mixed with 5-6 kg of sand to make a uniform mixture and broadcasted.
- Transplanted rice- Within 15-30 DAT
- Direct seeded rice-Within 20-30 DAS
Sugarcane: 7.5 kg / acre
- 0-45 DAP for management of ESB and 1st two broods of Top Borer
- 60-120 DAP for Top borer
Water level of 2-3 inches has to be maintained for 5-7 days after. In sugarcane, it should never be thoroughly broadcasted. Directed application/placement towards the root system near furrows/roots zone is recommended.
